So, we are pleased to announce that we are working towards obtaining both ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 accreditations.
Both accreditations were updated by ISO in 2015 to provide a new option. This is a higher standard for organisations wanting to give their customers even greater quality service.
It is no small undertaking and is exceptionally rigorous in ensuring the best business practices are followed and maintained.
We really are serious about the quality of our services and effective energy management.
Why now?
In ISO’s words: “The latest 2015 ISO revision, gives the “jewel” of quality management a fresh sparkle.
We’re keeping it relevant and bringing it right up to date with today’s connected world.”
It wasn’t just the ‘fresh sparkle’ that appealed to our desire for things that glisten (mainly floors). But also the opportunity to demonstrate to our clients and employees that we’re one of the best cleaning companies. We’re committed to continually improving that service.
What is ISO 9001:2015?
ISO 9001 is a family of standards for quality management systems.
It is designed to help organisations ensure that they meet the needs of customers and employees.
We are meticulous about quality. Not only the quality of our cleaning services, but also the quality in all our business administration. We work hard to ensure we have both satisfied clients and happy employees.
What is ISO 14001:2015?
The recently revised ISO 14001:2015 standard can help to reduce the impact that your operations may have on the environment.
This is a global standard with certifications in 171 countries. The standard provides a framework for organisations to meet the challenges of climate change.
We want to positively contribute towards climate change issues. This means taking responsibility to reduce our impact on the world around us.
ISO 14001:2015 is a means to incorporating environmental efficiency into our day-to-day activities.
It goes beyond simply reducing waste and increasing recycling. Although as a contract cleaning company, a reduction in waste is incredibly important to us.
