Meet the Team
As a company dedicated to listening to our clients’ cleaning needs we know that our expert team of staff on the ground are the face of our business and we ensure that each person is there to deliver quality results on every visit.
All our cleaning staff are interviewed in their own homes prior to employment, which establishes their own cleaning standards and attitudes. For security reasons we also check each applicants’ identification.
Our operatives live locally to the contracts that they clean and each member of our team is trained in the essential aspects of the COSHH Health and Safety Regulations. Written cleaning instructions are given to each of our operatives detailing precisely what is required, so ensuring maximum efficiency. Every new employee also undergoes our retraining programme after an initial twelve weeks of service.
All sites are personally visited by the business’ dedicated Client Account Manager on a regular basis whilst our staff are working and a full inspection of the premises is carried out to check that standards are being maintained. As an essential part of ongoing client commitment, customers are asked to sign a monthly satisfaction sheet.
John, like Richard, is a director of Swift and has been a part of the office cleaning industry for over 30 years.
Richard is a director of Swift having co-founded the company over 30 years ago with John Williams.
Katie is responsible for managing our sales department which includes a team of telesales and Estimators.
As our operations manager Robert is responsible for overseeing our Account Managers on a day-to-day basis.

Hazel ensures that we offer the best possible customer service to all clients, whether they are new or have been with us for years.
Dave is a morning account manager for Swift, managing morning cleans for clients that require their offices cleaned from 4am.
Tracey is an evening account manager for Swift for clients that require their offices cleaned from 6pm.
Mary is an evening account manager for Swift, managing evening cleans for clients that require their offices cleaned from 6pm.
