I am the General Manager and joined Swift in 2021. I have worked in various financial roles with companies in a variety of industries like hospitality to property management.

I initially joined the company as a Finance Manager and a year later was lucky enough to be promoted to General Manager.

I gained some valuable experience and knowledge in the industry by working closely with my team. Learning from my experienced colleagues helped me understand the intricacies of the industry and best practices.

As General Manager I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of our cleaning operations.
We strive to develop and implement effective strategies to ensure our clients receive the highest level of ervice. With the help of our dedicated team of professionals, we foster a culture of excellence teamwork and customer satisfaction.

I understand the importance of building strong client relationships. I understand that every client’s needs are unique, and we work closely with clients to tailor our services to meet their specific requirements. We are committed to ensuring our clients’ spaces are not only clean but also safe and healthy.

Balancing work and personal life is important! It also helps recharge my energy and motivation for professional endeavours. I enjoy wide varieties of social activities, engage in hobbies, and spend quality time with my children and create lasting memories. I often spend my weekends playing board games with my family, baking, cooking or being out and about in London exploring and bonding!
