Our Team / Nilton Sanchez – Account Manager
Nilton Sanchez
I recently joined the Swift early morning account management team and am thoroughly enjoying the
role. Meeting our clients and dedicated band of early morning cleaners, who carry out their duties when most people have not stirred from their beds, has been a pleasure. I enjoy being ahead of the general commute and can usually be found on my clients’ sites from 05.00 or even earlier!
My fellow team members and the cleaning teams have made me most welcome. My previous experience in account management has proved invaluable. I thoroughly enjoy managing independent teams. I continue to build and develop good working relationships with our clients and cleaning teams. I have worked in a variety of roles in different organisations and countries around the world.
I see the key to my role as being organised and efficient and building and maintaining open and transparent relationships with our clients and cleaning teams. I believe that you must do what you say you are going to do – making sure that all aspects of the job are covered, clients and cleaners need clear communication to ensure that everyone knows that we are trying to achieve the same goal- an excellent cleaning service. In this job, I deal with a diverse range of clients and cleaners, which makes my job really interesting and no two days are alike!
I enjoy and am proud of the standards achieved by our cleaners both individually and as part of cleaning teams, throughout Central London. I always try to be flexible in my approach to the job and consider myself to be a fair and honest individual. I am always learning and enjoy expanding my own personal knowledge – my clients range from leaders in the field of interior design, international legal practice and worldwide retail brands.
Outside of work, I enjoy my family life. I also like to jump on my mountain bike to explore countryside routes and I am an avid fan of all motor sports. I am also able to enjoy many of the capital’s famous landmarks at their quietest when I travel around London in the early hours.
