Fire procedures

All of our staff are given written instructions in the case of a fire. These instructions are issued as a normal part of the induction process. A copy of the fire procedures are also kept on-site in the cleaning cupboard.

All of our staff understand the fire procedures in place for the site at which they work. All clients' premises will be different therefore in an emergency all our cleaning staff must have knowledge of the current procedures on how to leave the building and where the assembly point is.

Window Cleaning

Because of the dangers of working at height, and the need to use specialist access equipment, our window cleaning operatives are experienced and well trained. Our standard window cleaning Health and Safety pack is available on request.

Employee's handbook

Upon commencement of employment each new employee is issued with a handbook. This handbook covers a number of points, such as job title, hours of work, sickness absence and Health and Safety to name a few.

This handbook is the employee’s own personal reference book and can be referred to at any time.
