Responsibility for the management for all contracts is under the supervision of John Williams (Director). The infrastructure consists of an Operations Director, General Manager, Senior Client Account Managers, Client Account Managers, Customer Services Manager, Area Supervisors, Mobile Cleaners and Cleaning Operatives.
We have a measured reporting structure based upon all contracts being inspected by the Client Account Manager or Area Supervisor. Documentation of this is provided to confirm a complete inspection has been carried out with the cleaners on site at regular intervals.
As an essential part of liaison, customers are asked to sign a monthly satisfaction sheet. We are happy to walk the site with the client at this time.
