Evening Client Account Manager
Hi I’m Tracey, one of the newer recruits to the Account Management team. I joined Swift back in 2013. My career has always been in sales and account management in the service industries.
It was a steep learning curve when I joined the business as we had recently acquired a number of large sites, which came under my remit. Fortunately, I was able to call on the experience and knowledge of the Swift team during my induction and training period. Which proved invaluable.
As an evening manager, my sites will have their cleaning shift starting, anywhere from 6.30pm to 8.30pm. The sites I manage will have anything from one to fifteen cleaners. Most are in the West End moving out towards Hammersmith and the rest of West London.
I have a wide mix of clients from all sectors. I feel very lucky to have such great clients and a brilliant team of cleaners and supervisors. We all work very well together and everyone is always prepared ‘to get stuck in’ if the situation arises.
Each day brings it’s own challenges and my day will be made up with visiting clients, monitoring and training cleaners, inspecting sites and dealing with any issues.
I have recently moved to Essex and in my spare time I enjoy watching rugby, going to the cinema and travelling. I also make sure I keep in touch with my family and friends whenever I’m able.
