Andy Chin Yue

Morning Manager

I’m a relatively new recruit to the morning team and joined last December.

Like the other early morning managers, it’s not unusual for me to be in London by 3am on my first site visit of the day.

I have been working in the cleaning industry for over 20 years and started as a cleaner. I think this gives me a much better perspective as an account manager and an understanding of our cleaning team and the challenges they face.

I like to see the job through to it’s conclusion and I want to help solve issues that my clients may have and I work with the early morning cleaning teams to help them achieve the right results.

I now live in Hertford but I was born in Blackheath and grew up in Peckham and am proud to embrace all of the diverse cultures in my heritage.

I trained as a chef and still love to prepare and experiment in the kitchen in my free time as well as eat the proceeds with my wife and family.

I enjoy most sports and have played football throughout my life and still enjoy playing today. Fortunately, I’m an ardent Liverpool fan – so this fits in well with my other early morning colleagues who are all fellow Reds.

I am very fortunate to have two beautiful granddaughters of 3 and 6 years, who keep me in check and look forward to more additions in that department.

I am really enjoying my time at Swift and look forward to the next chapter.
